Sites of involvement are the nasolabial folds, medial cheeks, nose, ears, eyebrows, hair line, scalp, pre-sternal and interscapular regions. Characteristically the lesions are thin, red and well-demarcated though in some cases they can be recognised as a form of psoriasis only by their association with more typical psoriasis elsewhere.
