Clinical features include paraplegia, quadriplegia, sensory loss appropriate to the level of the spinal cord involved and sphincter dysfunction. Other neurological or systemic features of Sarcoidosis may be present. Diagnosis may be aided by spinal imaging, spinal fluid analysis, serum ACE testing, chest imaging and histology. |
