Pancreatoblastoma is the most common malignant pancreatic neoplasm of childhood. It has been reported in newborns with Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome. Grossly, pancreatoblastomas are usually large and well-demarcated, and are often palpable in children. They are fully malignant neoplasms. |
