Das ekkrine Porom ist ein gutartiger Tumor, der aus dem ekkrinen Kanalepithel schweißtragender Haut entsteht. Es entwickelt sich am häufigsten in der Palmar- oder Plantarhaut, wo es sich als feuchter, exophytischer rosa oder roter Knoten präsentiert, häufig mit einem umgebenden keratinösen Schlüsselbein. Es kann jedoch an jedem Bereich der Haut mit Schweißdrüsen lokalisiert werden, in dem die Diagnose selten klinisch gestellt werden kann. |
